Excellent hotel in fabulous location for a work trip. Spotlessly clean, divine bed. More like a serviced apartment with so many cafes and restaurants on your door step. The staff are really friendly (with good English). I want to especially thank them for helping me when my credit card wouldn’t work at a local business. Nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend The Jervois.

Great apartment hotel on Sheung Wang near Po ho. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff, nice apt units, compact but well designed, I had a very comfortable and pleasant three week stay. Laundry in the building was easy to use and efficient. The little cafe they have a deal with across the street for free breakfast is really good too. I would go back. One improvement could be to turn the elevators brighter (for some reason they chose the "4am post club vibe" style, which isn't great in the morning). Another would be to improve the gym (it was insufficient) or make an arrangement with a nearby gym instead.

I never leave reviews but this hotel has the spottiest WiFi I’ve ever experienced… the rest of stay was lovely. Location 10/10

Overall is good expirence with the hotel staff, they all superb !!! Management shall give more incentive to the reception staff. They all so polite and helpful. I bed room suite is quite small, but it is so functional. Unfortunately no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room. It said 60+m² on agoda, however, i think is less that that. However the location is perfect ! Will comeback ajd stay here again.

So great! Stayed 29th floor. Comfy beds. Double glazing. Top notch bathrooms. Some noises here and there but it’s Hong Kong so this is as close to perfect as you’ll get. I’m very fussy and this means by fuss pot standards. Will definitly stay again here next time. I actually was at an air bnb before - such a waste of money compared to this hotel which totally surpassed my expectations. I also used the gym which was so nice to have there. Location is epic right by all the hipster coffee and local food shops. Great service. Great front desk. I honestly cannot fault it!

My favourite local hotel, very cosy yet stylish. Room in warm woods and bathroom in marbles. Love the decor, furniture and how they design the space. I would prefer this to large chained luxury ones. No facilities whatsoever but I don’t mind giving that up for its price. In hip neighbourhood with lots of decent cafes and convenient. Stayed in both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites. Preferred the smaller one. Spotless and got everything you’d need. Perfect shower and aircon and humidity, which are very important to me. This is the first one that made me feel like I want an apartment just like this.

The Jervois was a really good long stay for us. Perfect location and great apartment. The best part was the very professional and really caring Staff and administration. All the Teams were phenomenal and a special shout out to “Joanne “who went over and above in guest relations management. Thank you
